I looked at some flowers Glenda and I had set out a few weeks ago.
To our dismay, many were not faring too well. ( Glenda said those were the ones I planted, heehee) we were a bit disappointed. The pretty blooming eyecatchers we were looking forward to were fading… Leaving the area we intended to shine with beauty a barren empty space that would be ugly and hardly inspiring.
It suddenly preached me a sermon…my heart wept.
When our light fails to shine, when our flower wilts and fails to grow,
When we lay down and die at the scene,
The world misses out on our presentation.
What would have been A life changing bouquet, leaves a precious soul in the darkness…
The Bible says:
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. (Matthew 5:16 KJV)
Whether it is a light shinning out on a hill, or the roses that bloom in the spring and awaken us all from the long cold winter,
Make sure that yours is seen ! Let the whole world see your bouquet.
For His Glory!!!
Yes, Yes, Hallelujah….For His Glory!!!
